Integrations
Connect the tools you already run. Without disrupting your infrastructure.
Qastel connects to your identity, security and network tools and to your AI platforms to give you a complete view of how AI is used. Ready-made connectors, read-only by default, for a fast and safe rollout.
Qastel components that apply your policies
Identity
Service principals, OAuth grants and app registrations across your directory, with the sign-ins behind them.
Microsoft Entra IDSee which AI apps have access to your Microsoft tenant, and who is actually using them.Google WorkspaceSee which AI apps have been let into your Google Workspace: who granted them access, and to what.
OktaSee the AI apps behind your Okta single sign-on, and who is assigned to each one.
Network & Zero Trust
AI traffic seen by your secure web gateway, CASB and DNS: shadow tools, personal accounts, egress to model APIs.
Microsoft Defender for Cloud AppsTurn the traffic you already log into a ranked list of the AI tools your people use.Cloudflare Zero TrustSpot the AI services your network is reaching, and tie the usage back to real people.
NetskopeTurn the generative AI traffic Netskope already classifies into named tools, real users, and the data-loss alerts behind them.
Cloud & SaaS
The AI you license, read from each vendor's own compliance and audit logs: seats, daily use, settings, and the projects built inside.
ChatGPTYour ChatGPT Enterprise workspace, governed: who holds a seat, who actually uses it, and every project built inside it.
ClaudeYour Claude Enterprise organisation, governed: its settings, its seats, its daily use, and every Project inside it.
Gemini for WorkspaceSee who uses Gemini across your Google Workspace, how often, and in which app.
AI platforms & gateways
Custom agents and copilots built on agent-builder platforms, and the gateways their calls pass through.
Microsoft Copilot StudioA live inventory of every Copilot Studio agent your business has built, including how widely each one is shared.DustEvery agent in your Dust workspace, governed alongside the AI you bought.
Cloudflare AI GatewaySee what your own AI applications are doing: which models they call, how much they use, and what it costs.
Browser & endpoint
The tools nobody connected: AI used in a managed browser, in desktop apps, and by developers' agents through MCP, attributed to a person, with your policies applied on the device.
- Qastel Browser ExtensionSee the AI tools people actually use, personal accounts included, and apply your policies before a message is sent.Enforces policy
- Qastel Desktop AgentSee AI used in every app on a Windows device, and apply your policies before a request leaves it.Enforces policy
- Qastel MCP GatewayGovern what your developers' AI agents send to and receive from MCP servers, without changing the agent or the server.Enforces policy
How discovery works
Multiple signals. One unified AI inventory.
Qastel connects to your existing identity, network, security, and AI platforms, as well as browsers and desktops, to detect AI usage across your organization. Every discovery is matched against our AI catalog and consolidated into a single inventory, eliminating duplicates.

How many integrations does Qastel have?
Fifteen, and all fifteen are live today: Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Okta, Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps, Cloudflare Zero Trust, Netskope, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini for Workspace, Microsoft Copilot Studio, Dust, Cloudflare AI Gateway, and three of our own (the browser extension, the desktop agent and the MCP gateway, the last two distributed through Qastel Support). We list what works, not what is planned.
Do we need all of them?
No. One is enough to get a real inventory. Each additional source closes a different gap, and Qastel merges what they see so you never work the same tool twice.
Do any of them change our systems?
The connectors never do. Each one is read-only: Qastel reads what your systems already know and never writes back. No policies changed, no accounts touched, no settings altered. The browser extension, the desktop agent and the MCP gateway are different by design: they apply your policies to AI requests on the devices they run on, and the desktop agent installs a root certificate restricted to the AI services it inspects and blocks HTTP/3 while it enforces.
How long does connecting take?
Minutes for most. The Microsoft connections are a single administrator approval, and Google takes one delegation entry in its Admin console. Cloudflare, Netskope, Dust, OpenAI and Anthropic take a read-only key, checked before it is saved. The browser extension and the desktop agent go out through your existing device management.
What if our stack is not on the list?
Request the connector from us. In the meantime, install the Qastel desktop agent: it sees the AI your people use and applies your policies without any connector.
Where is our data stored?
In the European Union. Residency, subprocessors, and our certification roadmap are set out in the Trust Center.
