Who counts as an employee?
A person with an active work account in Microsoft Entra ID or Google Workspace, contractors included. Service accounts and shared mailboxes do not count.
Is there a minimum?
Yes: €6,000 a year on Discover and €12,000 on Control. Enterprise is quoted.
Can we pay in instalments?
Contracts run for 12 months and are invoiced annually. If your budget runs monthly, tell us and we will work out the schedule with you.
Who can have a pilot?
Organisations with a buying project: a named sponsor in security, compliance or IT, a concrete use case and a decision date. Ask for one and we scope it with you. Anyone can start with the free scan.
Why no full enforcement during the pilot?
Monitoring shows exactly what Qastel would do on your real traffic, without blocking anyone's work during a trial. The 10 people you choose see enforcement for themselves, and signing turns it on for everyone.
Do prices include VAT?
No. Prices are in euros, excluding VAT.
