For consultancies, integrators and managed service providers who help European organisations govern the AI they use. Refer, resell or run Qastel for your clients.
Three ways to work with us
- ReferIntroduce a client. We handle the sale and the rollout.
- ResellSell Qastel alongside your own services.
- Run it for your clientsOperate Qastel for your clients as a managed service.
Who it is for
Firms that already advise on AI, security or compliance.
Consultancies
You run AI governance, GDPR or EU AI Act programmes, and need to show clients which AI is in use and how it is controlled.
Integrators
You connect identity, network and endpoint tools. Those are the sources Qastel reads, so the setup is work you already know.
Managed service providers
You run security or compliance operations for clients, and want AI use covered in the same service.
Resellers in regulated sectors
You serve financial services, insurance, healthcare or accounting firms in Europe.
How we work together
Three ways to work with Qastel.
Pick the one that fits your practice. You can start with a referral and move to another later.
Refer
For advisers who want their client covered without taking on the delivery.
- You
- Introduce a client that needs to see and control its AI use.
- Qastel
- Runs the sale, the contract and the rollout, and keeps you informed.
Resell
For firms that sell software together with their own services.
- You
- Sell Qastel as part of your offer and keep the client relationship.
- Qastel
- Supports your sales conversations and the technical setup.
Run it for your clients
For managed service providers and outsourced compliance teams.
- You
- Connect the client's sources, review what Qastel finds and adjust the policies.
- Qastel
- Provides the platform and supports your team on the product.
What you bring to a client
What your clients get from Qastel.
The product does four things. Each one maps to work you probably already sell.
A first result in the first meeting
The free AI inventory scan gives a client a report of the AI tools and agents in use, with a risk score for each. It is a concrete way to open a governance engagement.
Evidence for GDPR and EU AI Act work
An inventory of AI systems, their EU AI Act classification, and a register and reports the client's DPO can export.
Rules that are applied
The client's AI charter becomes policies that apply when AI is used: in the browser, on the desktop and for developers' agents, including on shadow AI.
Hosted in Europe
Qastel is hosted in the EU and reads the client's systems with read-only connectors. A GDPR data processing agreement is available.
How to apply
Becoming a partner, step by step.
Tell us about your practice
Use the contact form and mention the partner programme: who your clients are and which of the three ways interests you.
Meet the founders
We show you the product and talk through the clients you have in mind. We reply to every request, including when we are not the right fit yet.
Agree how we work together
We settle the terms with you and start with a first client.
Terms
The programme is new, and we keep it small.
Partners work directly with the founders, so we take on a limited number at a time.
We do not publish tiers, referral fees or resale margins. Commercial terms are agreed with each partner, based on how you want to work with us.
Questions partners ask
Which clients is Qastel for?
European organisations that need to know which AI their people use and to control it, in particular in regulated sectors such as financial services, insurance, healthcare and accounting.
Do you publish partner tiers or margins?
No. The programme is new, and terms are agreed with each partner.
Can we see the product before deciding?
Yes. Book a demo, or run the free AI inventory scan to see the report a client would receive.
Where is client data hosted?
In the European Union. The Trust Center lists our hosting, sub-processors and security controls.
What does Qastel need access to at a client?
Read-only access to the systems the client already runs, such as its identity provider and network security tools. The browser extension and the desktop agent are deployed by the client's IT team when policies need to be applied on devices.
